Are you paralyzed by anxiety, fear and worry? Do you suffer from panic attacks? I know you are suffering terribly. I have listened to the stories of tens of individuals gripped these painful feelings.Family, friends and coworkers encourage you. But still you feel the same or worse because they don’t understand.

You feel out of control. You are afraid a passing-out or worse that you might have a heart-attack. You imagine everyone is staring at you – you’re embarrassed, you just want to hide.

I know you don’t want to feel this way. And that you would do any reasonable thing to feel “normal” again.

Here’s the good news. When you train your mind to think clearly—note the emphasis is on “train”—you can greaty reduce your anxiety and stress and perhaps eliminate it completely. You can’t think your way out of this nightmare any more than you can think your way into physical fitness. You need to exercise your mind, just as you would your body to attain fitness. You need to train your mind to have different patterns of thought.

Tossed around by your fears, crushed by your uncertainty—you’ve had enough!

Imagine feeling good again. Feeling in control of yourself. Feeling confident that you can just live your life as you once did. I will soon offer you a powerful approach to push the anxiety away and get your life back.

But first I must tell you a secret of the trade (about professional therapy).

I will be truthful with you. Many people have come to me for help with anxiety, fear and panic. Many have had substantial improvements (some even “cured”), but for some suffers, I have not been able to help them.

Why? What’s the difference between those individuals that are helped and those that aren’t?

The answer is simple. Those that find relief actually change how they “think” and how they “do things,” whereas the other group repeatedly asserts their irrational fears trying to convince me (or any therapist) that their negative thoughts are justified—sadly they remain stuck and continue to suffer.

Again, I will be truthful with you. There are no “quick-fixes” for anxiety, fear and panic (and this includes taking medical pills). Anybody that tells you there is an fast way out of chronic and/or acute anxiety is either completely ignorant or lying.

You need to understand that your patterns of thinking and ways of doing things have brought you to this point. Once you accept this, you are now ready for a solution to this painful condition.
