I read and do the work sheet for the daily lesson in less than eight minutes. Is this a problem?

No. Working fast is not a problem. The Modules have been divided into sections that should take the average reader about eight minute a day to complete. Although some research suggests that eight minutes is the optimum time to learn effectively, this is not to conclude learning for shorter or longer time periods is incorrect. If you read fast and work fast, you have two choices, stop when you finish a single lesson or do two.

I read very slowly and it takes me longer than eight minutes to complete a lesson. Is this a problem?

Can I learn more than one lesson in a day?

After you have completed a lesson and you want to go on to learn a second lesson, take a short break first. The “break” renews your attention and enthusiasm making your learning more efficient.

What if I just want to read the Module as a book and not do the exercises at the end of each lesson?

Certainly, doing the “exercise” at the end of each lesson is desirable. The exercises help you tap into the power of your unconscious mind. Still, if it doesn’t work for you—for whatever reason—just read or use the material in your own creative way.

The Smart Life Audio Modules

What do you mean when you say that your audio Modules require only 3-weeks of listening?

Many people report after listening to our audio Module for about 3-weeks and applying to their daily life what they have learned, that their “problem” was significantly reduced or eliminated. However, this is only an average experience for some users (some people actually report in only a few days significant improvement to their problem).

If after three weeks some part of “the problem” still remains, you can to continue to listen until the problem goes away completely or enough for you to be satisfied. After your initial success, you may find occasional reviews helpful.

Can I use more than one audio Module at a time?

Yes and no: Yes, some Modules complement each other. For example, our Module Defeat Depression fits well with the Module on developing Optimism. If you do plan on using more than one course at a time, it is suggested you focus exclusively on the first one for about two weeks or so before introducing the second one.

On-the-other-hand, using more than one Module at a time may give your mind too many things to focus on. The result is neither Module is learned sufficiently. This is especially true if the two Modules are completely unrelated. Certainly, after you have completed one course and have successfully achieved your goal, you can begin to use another course without any concerns.

What if I don’t get the results I expect?

The first thing is to honestly assess if you are using the Module properly. Do you listen to the lessons daily? Are you frequently repeating and thinking about the “power thoughts” throughout the day? Are you following the rest of the suggestions and applying the lessons to your daily life? If “yes,” to the above, the following may apply to you: Sometimes the source of a problem is planted deep within a person. This may be because of a genetic predisposition or because of a prior experience or trauma. Thus, you may need to work harder than the “average” person to achieve success, i.e., you may need to listen more frequently and/or for a longer period of time. As well, some individuals may require other treatments not provided by our audio Modules such as professional therapy or medication, etc.

What if my product is damaged or I don’t want to keep it?

We aim to keep our customer satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it. Send it back within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in good condition together with a brief explanation of why you are returning it. We will then refund your money according to how you paid. How do I return my order?

Before returning an order you must contact customer support first to receive authorization. If you are shipping from outside of Canada (US, or other countries), you need to write on the customs sticker (given to you by the post office at the time of shipping), CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING, 9813.00.00.97. We will promptly refund the full price of your purchase, less all shipping and handling charges, provided you follow these instructions exactly.
