Abe Kass, M.A., R.S.W., R.M.F.T., C.C.H., is the founder and CEO of the SmartLife System and Wisdom Scientific™ publishing house. Abe is a registered Social Worker, registered Marriage and Family Therapist, certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and award-winning educator and writer. He holds a master’s degree in social work, Judaic studies and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Abe is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers, the Ontario and American Associations for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists. Abe has a busy family therapy practice working with individuals, couples, and their families in Toronto, Canada. He has worked as a professional for more than 20 years helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities free themselves from personal and relationship problems.

After many years of clinical practice and research, Abe concluded that practical solutions for specific personal and relationship problem requiring only a few minutes of focused study were critically needed. As well, these solutions needed to be easy to grasp and simple to implement. SmartLife System was created to fill this need. Abe, happily married, has seven adult children, and is blessed with too many grandchildren to count.
