SmartLife System is based on two principals:

Learning Through Doing

The best way to learn is through actually putting into practice the information learned. Educators use the “Circle of Learning” to emphasize the importance of active engagement in the learning process.

Healthy Mind

This consists of five criteria that contribute to personal happiness and wellbeing.

  3. Realistic attitudes
  4. Healthy relationships
  5. Sense of purpose

Each SmartLife System Module (course) promotes these five criteria.
